Your Responsibilities

As a Registered Nurse at Calm Cove Home Care Agency, you will:

Assess patients and create individualized care plans.
Administer prescribed treatments and medications.
Monitor patient health and document progress following agency standards.
Educate and support patients and their families.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including HHAs (Home Health Aides) and other medical professionals, to ensure seamless care.
Follow all regulatory standards and comply with state and federal guidelines.

What We Look For

Hold a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Ohio.
Bring at least one year of nursing experience in home health, hospice, or a related field.
Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Show the ability to work independently and manage multiple patients effectively.
Possess current CPR/BLS certification.
Understand ODH and Medicare regulations (preferred).
